We repair all models of Apple Mac and MacBook computers. Some of the most common problems we see are:
Slow booting and slow to open applications. This is particularly common in 2009, 2010, and 2011 MacBook Pros. We can replace or upgrade your hard drive to help fix this issue. Bring your MacBook in for a quote.
Broken LCD screen. We can replace screens on all models of MacBooks (Pro and Air.) Bring your laptop in or call us and give us the serial number on the bottom of your MacBook for a quote that is specific to your model.
“Sad Mac” icon or Mac won’t boot. Bring your Mac in and we’ll help diagnose and fix this issue for you.
Poor battery life or battery icon has an “X” on it. We can replace batteries in all MacBooks (Pro and Air). Call or stop by with your Mac for a quote!
Data recovery. We use specialized software to help recover data in the event of a hard drive failure. There’s no charge to you if we’re not able to recover your data, and we are able to recover data in most cases, even when your Mac won’t boot or if it can’t “see” your hard drive.
Water damage. We attempt to repair any water damage issue you have with your Mac. You will need to bring your Mac in as soon as possible after the water damage has occurred in order for us to have the best chance to fix it. Don’t wait or put your Mac in rice — corrosion on the inside of your computer can develop as quickly as a few hours, especially if the liquid was soda or coffee. Bring it in right away and we’ll make it a priority to get you back up and running as soon as possible!
